Placing an Order
Making a purchase is straightforward. Browse our online shop and add any bouquets, arrangements or gifts to your basket. When you are ready, proceed to checkout and provide the details required so we can complete your order.
We accept most major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express, Klarna & Clearpay. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order as normal; your card provider will convert the transaction into your local currency.
You may also order and pay for flowers over the phone by calling us. Orders cancelled online or by telephone may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Order Confirmation & Contract
When you receive an order confirmation, it confirms that we have received your order. A binding contract is formed once payment has been processed and your order has been accepted by Amora Flowers.
This protects us in cases of pricing errors, under-pricing, or if a product is no longer available. If a price or product change is necessary, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed.
Delivery Schedule
Same Day Delivery: Orders received before our same day cut-off time (Monday to Saturday, UK time) will be delivered the same day if requested.
Orders with a specified delivery date will be delivered on that date (subject to receiving the order before the relevant cut-off time).
If an order is placed for delivery on a public holiday, it will be delivered on the next working day.
Online deliveries are available within our delivery area in the UK. For any special requests, please contact us directly.
Timed deliveries are not guaranteed, except by prior agreement for funeral tributes and weddings.
Non-Delivery / If the Recipient is Not at Home
Orders are attempted once to the delivery address provided.
If the recipient is not at home, we may:
• Leave the flowers or plants in a safe place, at our discretion, or
• Leave them with a willing neighbour, or
• Return them to the shop and leave a card advising how to arrange collection or re-delivery.
If re-delivery is required, this may be arranged at Amora Flowers’ convenience and may be subject to an additional delivery charge.
Amora Flowers cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage if items are left as instructed or in a safe place.
Products, Substitutions & Quality
All flowers and plants are subject to availability and seasonal variation. Where necessary, we reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions of equal or higher value, maintaining the style, colour and quality of your chosen design.
We always take care to ensure freshness and quality at all times.
Tax, Security & Privacy
Tax Charges: All prices shown are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Card Security: When orders are placed on our website, card details are encrypted. They are processed securely and are not stored in plain text on our systems.
Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you have any concerns, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns / Distance Selling: Your statutory rights are not affected. For non-perishable items our returns are handled in line with applicable consumer legislation.
Refunds & Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, any concerns should be raised with us as soon as possible and ideally within one working day of delivery.
Refunds or replacements may be offered at the discretion of management. We will always work with you to reach a fair outcome, which may include a replacement item or a refund depending on the circumstances.
